Power Protein Smoothie

This smoothie makes a delicious breakfast for when you need extra energy or an afternoon snack that will keep you full and satisfied until dinner time. It will give you a protein boost plus healthy fats, lots of fiber and antioxidants. Here is the recipe, hope you love it!


  • 250ml plant based milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries of your choice
  • 1 scoop Vegan Protein – I’m using Sunwarrior Classic Protein
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: If you are not having your daily green smoothie and/or lots of raw salads, you can add 1 or 2 handfuls of spinach too. I promise it won’t change the flavour, only the colour!


Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
